is a licensed physical therapist with experience in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation since starting his career in 2013. He holds several certifications such as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting Level-1 Sports Performance (USAW-L1SP), and Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. He has a passion to help athletes on ALL levels not only excel in their careers, but prolong their careers by training smarter in multiple planes with proper mechanics and functional training. Since his time as a physical therapist, he has seen a vast majority of injuries related to the lack of proper training as well as improper training.
He graduated from Langston University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and in 2013 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has published research articles reaching national recognition. During his journey, he received scholarships to play both basketball and track, running the 110m high hurdles (HH) and high jumping. His sport accolades consist of 110m HH high school state champion (2004), NAIA national ranking in the 110m HH (2005), track NAIA conference champion in 110m HH and high jump (2005-2008), basketball NAIA conference champion (2008), and basketball NAIA national championship tournament appearance (2008).
